Rayalaseema Sagu Neeti Sadhana Samithi, which organised the protest, collected hundreds of cheques to highlight the crisis faced by four districts under the Rayalaseema region.
The protest was to remind the centre to help them with better irrigation facilities and develop their region to face drought.
