The Finance Minister will address the convocation ceremony of T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI). Priot to that the minister will be inaugurating the Sri Vishwa Tirtha Dhama at Kukkikatte.
This is Nirmala Sitharaman’s maiden visit to Udupi-Manipal since she became the finance minister.
Coincidentally, Sitharaman delivered a lecture titled “Does India need good politicians or good political parties” at the TA Pai Memorial Series lecture series in 2013.
