A three year course is available in automobile assembly, automobile paint, automobile weld and Mechtronics fitter. Free education, food facility at minimum price, free accommodation for boarding course, stipend and scholarship is available for talented students.
The students must have achieved at least 50 mark in mathematics and 45 marks in science in the SSLC exams. Preference will be given to students from rural areas. Applicant must come equipped with Xerox copy of SSLC marks card, SSLC hall ticket and two passport size photographs.
The exam will be conducted at 6 places in the state including Shimoga and Hassan. For the undivided district of Dakshina Kannada, the examination will be held only at the government PU college in Kundapur on May 13th from 8:30 am in the morning to 5:30 pm in the evening.
