Futile attempt by thieves to rob an ATM at Kakkinje

Belthangady: Thieves made a futile attempt to rob an ATM belonging to Syndicate Bank at Kakkinje on Friday night, October 5^th.

The thieves attempted to break open the ATM machine but failed miserably. However, they made good their aim for theft instead by stealing cash from a chicken shop and a petty shop nearby.

The CCTV cameras within the ATM have captured the robbery attempt. Senior police officials visited the place and an investigation has been launched with regard to the incident.
