As part of the Geeta Mahotsava, Paryaya Sri Puthige Matha’s junior pontiff, Sri Sushreendra Teertha Swamiji, performed the “Geetamrutamahodadhi” alankara for Lord Krishna. Paryaya Peetadhipathi Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji later conducted the Maha Puja.
The highlight of the celebrations was the Rathotsava, where a copy of the Bhagavad Gita was placed in the golden chariot and taken in a grand procession along the Rathabeedi (Car Street), accompanied by devotees.

A symposium held in the Rajangana Hall of Sri Krishna Matha was inaugurated by Mahamahopadhyaya Sadhu Sri Bhadresh Das of the Swaminarayan Research Institute, New Delhi.
