Govt revises COVID-19 test rules for people arriving in State

Bengaluru: The State government has revised the rule of possessing mandatory COVID-19 test reports by those entering the State.

Earlier, any passenger coming to the State had to possess a negative COVID-19 test report that was not older than 72 hours. Those who did not possess the report were tested in the State.

However, as per the revised rules, the State government has now permitted people to come into the State without a negative COVID-19 report except those with showing COVID-19 symptoms.
