I-T raid at KPCC Kisan Cell coordinator in Chikkamagaluru

Chikkamagaluru: Sleuths of the Income Tax (I-T) department raided the house and properties of KPCC Kisan Cell Coordinator Akmal here on Monday morning.

I-T officials conducted raids at Akmal’s residence in Sharif Galli in the city and late at his coffee curing factory. They reportedly checked documents at both locations.

It is learned that there is a heavy police presence near Akmal’s residence.
