Major General (Retd) GD Bakshi said that India has made significant progress in the area of military self-reliance. He noted that in the past, the country used to import 70 percent of military-related items, but the situation has now changed, and the “Made in India” initiative is becoming a reality.

Bakshi also stated that India has emerged as a major military power in the world.

Bakshi expressed concerns about the involvement of foreign organizations, particularly the ISI, in the Khalistan struggle. He claimed that the ISI has created a drug world in Punjab and that China is also interfering in the region.

Moreover, he pointed out that divisive forces have grown within the country due to differences in political calculations. However, he noted that recent efforts are being made to address these issues.
