IoT Club presents Coding Hackathon based on IoT

Mangaluru: The IoT Club under CFSI in collaboration with NAIN (A subsidiary of Dept. of IT, BT and S&T, Govt. Of Karnataka) is organising an inter-collegiate event, “Coding Hackathon based on IoT” for budding programmers.

So if cracking logic, creating new algorithms and building programs is a ball game for you, then you can register yourself for the hackathon and stand to win cash prizes, certificates among other things.

Registration process:

Interested participants will need to register for the event by entering their details on //bit.ly/CodingHackathon. Registrations will be open from September 17-21 and no fees are involved.

The hackathon will consist of two rounds i.e. online and onsite rounds.

During the first round, to be held on September 22 & 23, registered participants will undergo a 40-minute online objective test related to IoT, Problem Oriented Logic and Programming.

A total of 51 participants, selected on the basis of their performance will become eligible for the onsite round to be held at NMAM Institute of Technology on September 29. A registration fee of Rs 100 per head will be applicable.

This round will commence at 9 am and consists of two parts, the first being Algorithm round and the next Programming round.

All participants who have qualified for this round will be presented with participation Certificate

A cash prize of Rs 10000 will be given to the winning participant and those making it to the top 10 will stand to get some amazing goodies along with certificates.
