Kasargod: 1000 liters of spirit seized, one arrested

Based on credible information, police arrested a 31-year-old man for illegally transporting spirit in a Scorpio vehicle from near Manjeshwar.

A team of police personnel led by DySP V V Manoj intercepted the vehicle near Manjeshwar and arrested Ravikiran, a resident of Kunjathur Annamajalu.

As much as 1000 litres of spirit, filled in plastic cans was found from his possession.
