The deceased has been identified as Ahmad Kabir from Mogral Khutubi Nagar, Kumble.
Kuabir sustained serious injuries following a collision between a bike and a car. He was rushed to a hospital in Kasaragod for initial treatment and later transferred to a hospital in Mangaluru, but his life could not be saved.
The incident occurred while he was returning after delivering wedding invitations to relatives.
