Kerala resident ends life by setting house ablaze in Suratkal

In a distressing incident, 56-year-old Rajendra Kurupu, a resident of Kerala battling mental depression, took his own life by setting fire to his rented house on  December 25.

Having been separated from his family for the past 15 years, Kurupu worked as a fitter for a bike company. The Suratkal police have initiated an investigation and registered a case in connection with the incident.
