Eshwarappa specifically addressed recent remarks made by MP Ananth Kumar Hegde, asserting that such comments divert attention from crucial matters of public interest.

Addressing presspersons, Eshwarappa expressed concern over the increasing trend of personal attacks within the political sphere. He called for a collective effort to cease this practice, highlighting that personal criticism leads to a chaotic political atmosphere.

“If we continue talking about each other in this manner, it will turn into a crazy party. Let us all become devotees of Rama. Rama transcends party lines; he does not belong to any political faction,” Eshwarappa remarked, underlining the importance of unity and a shared commitment to public welfare.

Eshwarappa criticized the divisive nature of identifying individuals solely based on their association with Congress or BJP, emphasizing that engaging in personal criticism while disregarding the larger goals of development is detrimental to the democratic process.
