Bengaluru: As the Karnataka-Maharashtra political leaders decide to meet Union Minister Amit Shah over the state border dispute, protests continue in both states.
As per the reports of ANI, on Friday, December 9, a pro-Kannada organization named “Namma Karnataka Sene” staged a protest outside the Maharashtra Bank in Gandhinagar.
However, the police brought the situation under control and detained the protestors.
The border issue has been escalating and turning violent since it began.

Earlier, the vehicles from both states were vandalized in the name of protest in Belagavi (Karnataka) and Pune (Maharashtra).
As a result, the bus services had to be suspended between both states.
