Man arrested for transporting Ganja on bike in Kollegala

Kollegala: Police arrested a man while transporting ganja on a bike during a night operation near Basteepura Circle.

The accused, Sannakaala (41) from Settahalli village in Hanur taluk, was found with 800 grams of ganja.

Police also seized his two-wheeler.

A case has been registered by Police Sub-Inspector Varsha at the town police station. The accused has been remanded to judicial custody.
