Man from Sagar commits suicide at shop in Kundapur

Kundapur: A 36-year-old man allegedly commits suicide by hanging himself at a fish vending shop which was established recently.

The deceased has been identified as Subramanya Poojary, a native of Sagar. He did odd jobs as driver, electrician, and daily wage laborer work.

It is suspected that he might have come to the shop near Hattiangadi on the night of Saturday, July 25, and hanged himself. The incident came to light on the morning of Sunday, July 26

He is survived by a wife and a son who is eight years old.

Local police have registered a case with this regard.
