Mangalurean teenager   wins silver in Asian Benchpress Powerlifting event

Mangaluru: A teenage girl from Mangaluru has won two silver medals in the 83 kg sub-junior category in the Asian Benchpress Powerlifting Championship being held at Dubai.

Panchami Bolar is  a ninth standard student of St Jerosa School of Mangaluru and is a member of Veeramaruthi Vyayama Shale. She is being coached by Pradeep Kumar Acharya.
