Accusing Prabhakar Bhat of attempting to incite the majority of Hindus in light of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Rai argued that such comments were strategically made to sway public opinion. This is not the first instance of the RSS leader making disparaging remarks about girls, as a non-bailable case has reportedly been registered against him in the past.
