The complainant, a Mumbai resident, had married a resident of Falnir in 2020. Following marital discord, the couple had filed for divorce. On Nov 19, the woman had attended a hearing at the Family Court in Mangaluru.
According to the complainant, the two youths reportedly ogled at her inappropriately and took her photos on their mobile phones while at the court. Later, as she left the court premises, the youths allegedly drove recklessly behind her in their car.
Even when she switched to an auto-rickshaw, the duo continued following her in their vehicle, the complaint alleged.
