Mangaluru: VHP to distribute Ram Mandir Mantrakshate to every house from Jan 1

Vishwa Hindu Parishad District Coordinator Sharan Pumpwell announced a campaign to distribute holy mantrakshate from Ayodhya to all villages in the state from January 1 to 15, in preparation for the consecration ceremony of Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

Every house will receive a portrait of Lord Rama and an invitation letter along with the mantrakshate. No money should be exchanged during distribution. There is no need for observance of vrats as it is a campaign, he said in a press release.

Special programs including puja, havan, satsang, and bhajan are planned in thousands of state centers to mark the occasion of Rama Pratishtha in Ayodhya. A live telecast of Prana Pratistha will be available in Kendras. On the day, households are encouraged to light at least 5 lamps, face north, and conduct aarti to celebrate the event.
