Minister Angara hospitalised, undergoes successful surgery

Karnataka Minister for Fisheries, Ports and Inland Water Transport S. Angara has been hospitalized.

He was admitted to a private hospital in Mangalore on Tuesday, suffering from gastric ulcer disease, and underwent a successful operation on Wednesday.

According to hospital sources, his condition is now stable.
