Minor landslide in Agumbe

Shivamogga: The heavy rainfall in the district has caused another land slide in the Agumbe Ghat. 

The embankment on the fourteenth curve of the Agumbe Ghat gave away causing a minor landslide. As a preventive measure, police authorities have introduced blockades in the spot. The landslides happened a couple of meters from sunset point in the Ghat. 

According to the sources the traffic was held up for a brief period and has now come back to normal, said reports.
