M'luru: Students engage in brawl at Bejai apartment over Instagram comment

Mangaluru: A trivial reason led to a brawl among students at an apartment in Bejai on Thursday evening. All involved in the fight were minors, police said.

It is said that the student living in the apartment had written a comment on the Instagram account of a girl about one of the students involved led to the fight. The student had arrived at the apartment with 3 other friends to confront him.

The argument soon turned into a physical fight.

It is learnt that the father of the student who lived in the apartment told the police in writing, not to take any action regarding the incident.

Police however said, as all involved are minors, the incident report will be submitted to the Juvenile Justice Board and further action will be taken.
