Mysuru: Video of headmaster kissing student goes viral; Case filed

Mysuru: A sexual assault case under the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been filed against the headmaster of a school for kissing a girl student in H.D.Kote town, Mysuru district.

The case was filed by the Education Department after a  video of the headmaster kissing the girl in his chamber at the school went viral on social media.

The villagers and students have demanded action against the accused headmaster. It is said that the video was shot by the students through a window.

The Block Education Officer (BEO) has sought immediate action against the headmaster.
