Operation Bhaira paused after Dasara elephant Abhimanyu falls sick

Kottigehara: Operation Bhaira to capture an elephant has been paused after Abhimanyu fell ill.

Abhimanyu, and two other trained elephants were part of the team deployed to capture an elephant that had strayed into the village.

However, the operation came to a halt after Abhimanyu fell sick and the other two elephants, Ajay and Gopalaswami, went into musth.
