Speaking to the reporters after leading a meeting with senior officers in the Vidhana Soudha he said “I’ve guided the officers to control rowdy elements and and take actions against anti-social components which will trigger violence,”

Reddy said that he had requested that the police utilize powers conceded to them and curb crimes at educational organizations, other than viably controlling illegal exercises like matka.

“The police will watch out for criminals from the notorious Bawaria gang in Uttar Pradesh. We won’t let these criminals go back to Uttar Pradesh. We will send them to Parappana Agrahara,” Reddy assured.

He additionally descended intensely on the BJP leaders for targetting the Congress government. “The BJP leaders make baseless charges on Congress every day. Prime Minister Narendra Modi should have collected information before making remarks on the state government. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conveys talks in Karnataka when his party has failed horrendously in Uttar Pradesh,” he said.
