Speaking to the reporters, Suresh Kumar said, ” The fees fixed by the government must be collected in two or three installments. 40 per cent can be collected as advance fees on or before August 31. The balance 35 per cent shall be collected within two months from the date of reopening and commencement of physical classes. We will set up a district and state level committee to deal with complaints from school and guardians”

“We have held discussions with various school board, CAMS, RUPSA, ICSE and CBSE boards. We have also discussed with the Chief Minister. We cannot satisfy everyone.  The government has the right to control fees under the Right to Education Act,” he added

He further said, ” Due to Covid-19, the relationship between the school and the parents has been ruined. Earlier parents were struggling to admit their child into the school, now they are protesting in front of the same school”
