Sandalwood actor Rishabh Shetty who has been critically acclaimed for the Kantara movie has won the Most Promising Actor at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival.
The movie, directed by Rishab portrays the rich cultural heritage of Karnataka. Rishabh will collect the award during a function to be held on February 20 in Mumbai.
Announcing the news on social media, Abhishek Mishra, the CEO of the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival praised the movie for its story and the brilliant performance of its actors.
