Sakleshpur: Man found dead in mysterious circumstances; family suspects murder

A 53-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances on the roadside near Matsagar village in Sakleshpura. His family is suspecting murder.

The deceased identified as Swamy was employed at Matsagar Coffee board for the last 25 years.

Reportedly Swamy had gone to attend the last rites of a person the previous day. A passerby found his body by the roadside on Wednesday morning and informed the police.

Swamy’s son has raised suspicion that his father must have been murdered and his body dumped here.

Sakleshpur police visited the spot and a case has been registered.
