Shivamogga: Suo moto case against Eshwarappa for delivering 'provocative speeech'

Shivamogga: Jayanagar police here have registered a suo moto case against former minister KS Eshwarappa for alleged provocative speech.

The case alleged that Eshwarappa had made provocative statements during the protest progam against the alleged anti-Hindu policy of the Congress governement, organised by the district BJP in Shivamogga city’s Balraj Urs Road.

The case has been registered under sections 153A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
