SL Bhyrappa much suitable for Jnanpith award, says CM

Mysuru: Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa said on Sunday litterateur and Saraswathi Samman awardee Dr SL Bhyrappa is a well-known writer and he is much suitable for prestigious Jnanpith award.

Addressing the gathering at during the inaugural ceremony of Mysuru Dasara atop Chamundi Hill he said Bhyrappa deserves prestigious Jnanpith award.

Yediyurappa further added that the state government is committed for the overall development of the state and also to protect the interest of the farmers.
