Shirva: The curtains came down on the annual feast of Sooda Sri Subramanya Swamy Temple on Tuesday, November 29 with Shashti Mahotsav and Car Festival (Chariot/Rathotsava).
The rituals were performed under the guidance of Vedamurthy Hayavadhana Tantri and Vedamurthy Sooda Subramanya Bhat.
The ritualistic events which began on Wednesday, November 23, the annual feast were flagged off with the ‘Dhwajarohana’ ritual on Monday, November 28.
On Tuesday (today) morning rituals like Panchamrutha Abhisheka, Kalasha Abhisheka, Mahapuja, and Bali were performed.

Around 25,000 devotees had gathered for the rituals today, with around 15000 receiving Anna Prasadam at the temple.
