Talapady: Kerala Residents to stage protest against toll fee

Residents from Kerala near the Talapady tollgate are set to stage a protest on January 8 at 4 PM against the imposition of toll charges on them.

Initially, residents living in a 5-km radius of the toll gate area were exempted from toll fees. However, this exemption was later restricted to Karnataka residents only and Kerala residents were required to pay the toll.
