TN police seize 100 liquor bottles from actress Ramya Krishnan's car; driver held

Chennai: Tamil Nadu Police on patrol duty found around 100 bottles of liquor from the car of well known actress Ramya Krishnan here recently.

The Bahubali-fame actress was in the car when the on-duty police were conducting routine checks.

The bottles were found in the car boot but Ramya Krishnan claimed to be unaware of the same.

Her driver Selvakumar said the liquor was bought at the Tamil Nadu government-run liquor shop. He was arrested by the police and later let out on bail.

The government has not allowed the opening of the Tasmac shops in Chennai.

Meanwhile another driver came and drove the actor back to Chennai.
