Mysuru: Two students drown in lake waters while clicking selfies

Mysuru: Two students went to take selfies at a lake drowned at Kenchana Lake near Hosakote in Hunsur taluk.

The victims have been identified as Aabdullah (21) and Tanveer (20).

Three friends were posing for a selfie when two of them fell into the lake and met a watery grave. The young man taking the selfie however escaped.

The mortal remains have been sent to the government hospital, Hunsur for an autopsy. A case has been registered at the Hunsur rural police station.
