His decision to release gold reserves stored abroad and initiate economic liberalization policies marked the beginning of a new chapter in India’s self-reliance and prosperity.”

Khader emphasized that Dr. Singh’s contributions made India’s economy robust, even when global economies were struggling. “The economic freedom and self-reliance evident in every Indian household today is a testament to his legacy,” he said.

He also acknowledged Dr. Singh’s progressive outlook and enduring contributions as a source of inspiration for future generations. “May his soul rest in peace,” he concluded in his statement.
