Udupi: Burnt body of Bank officer found; probe on

Udupi: The charred body of a Bank legal officer was found in his house at Vadiraja Road near Sri Krishna Temple, Udupi on November 14.

The deceased has been identified as Raj Gopal Samaga (42).

It is said that locals noticed smoke coming from Samaga’s house and informed the fire department officials.

The fire tenders along with police officials broke open the door and found Samaga’s charred body. The exact cause of the death is yet to be known.

A case has been registered.
