A man has been arrested for allegedly abusing and threatening railway police personnel on duty at Udupi railway station.
The accused has been identified as Sameer Biwaje Shindu. He was taken into custody after he created a ruckus in the general coach of the Lokmanya Tilak express train.
It is said that Zeena Pinto, a constable of Konkan railway, was on duty at the station when she received a call about the disturbance in the coach.
