In the memorandum, Yashpal Suvarna appealed to the CM to respond immediately to various other demands of the district including a grant for maintenance of Kusamma Shambhu Shetty Memorial Haji Abdullah Mother and Child Hospital, steps to rectify the mess in the dialysis department of the district hospital, sanction of government medical college, construction of a new fire station in Manipal, and special emphasis on fisheries development projects, among others.
Yashpal Suvarna also invited the Chief Minister and ministers to participate in this year’s Parayaya Mahotsava.
