Udupi: Woman collapses to death

Udupi: A woman died after she collapsed while returning from a pooja.

The deceased has been identified as Gauri Poojarthi (54), a resident of Indrali Thota, Dendoorukatte. She was working as a housekeeper in a hospital.

Gauri collapsed while she was returning from her relative’s house after attending a pooja. Though she was rushed to a hospital nearby, she was declared brought dead.

Gauri is survived by two sons.

A case is registered in Kaup police station.
