The Toyota Fortuner was on its way to Uppunda from Byndoor when the mishap took place. The man behind the wheel lost control of the vehicle near the Sumanavati River bridge, and it rolled over and fell into a nearby ditch.
The car suffered extensive damage due to the rollover, but the driver escaped unhurt, sources said.
