Mangaluru: Vigilantes of an outfit created ruckus at a pub in the heart of the city on Monday night, where youngsters were partying.
The attack took place at the Recycle – The Clounge pub near Balmatta. At the time, a few students of a college were holding a farewell party.
The vigilantes, who claimed themselves to be members of a Hindu outfit, hurled insults at the partygoers and created a ruckus. They also forced the event to be stopped.
The visuals of the attack soon went viral on social media. Police rushed to the spot and dispersed the rowdy crowd.

This brings back the memories of the 2009 pub attack in Mangaluru. Incidentally, Monday’s attack at “Recycle” is the same premise where the 2009 attack took place. At the time it was named “Amnesia.”
