Vijayapur: Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjana Jyoti suffers minor injuries in car accident

Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjana Jyoti narrowly escaped serious injury after the car she was traveling in collided with a canter on the Vijayapura-Hubballi National Highway near Jumanala village of Vijayapura taluk.

The accident occurred at around 7 pm on Thursday, while the minister was on a district tour.

Fortunately, both the Union Minister and the car driver sustained only minor injuries, and were immediately taken to the district hospital for treatment.

The incident caused disruption to traffic on the NH-50 and the local officials moved swiftly to resolve the issue and keep traffic moving.
