Following discussions with tribal families at Peethabail, committee member and advocate Shripal K.P. spoke to reporters, stating that a survey was conducted to understand the issues faced by the region, including challenges with basic infrastructure and tribal family grievances.
He added that all findings would be reported to senior officials, and a press conference would be held in Bengaluru to bring these issues to the government’s attention. He urged individuals seeking to surrender to approach the committee, emphasizing efforts to reintegrate them into mainstream society.
The committee members visited several areas, including Kabbinahle, Nadpalu, Peethabail, and Kudlu. Journalist Parvatesh Bilidale and other committee members were present.

Search operations by the ANF continued on Sunday in villages such as Nadpalu and Kabbinahle.
