Viral: Kerala couple invites Indian Army to their wedding with ‘deep debt of gratitude’

Inviting VVIP guests to the marriage function seems common these days. Most brides and grooms want their wedding to be unique and lavish. But this is not the case with a Kerala couple.

The couple Rahul and Karthika have won the hearts of people by showing a sweet gesture.

The couple has invited the Indian Army to attend their wedding with a sense of gratitude.

In the invitation, they write, “Dear Heroes, We (Rahul and Karthika are getting married on November 10^th. We are truly thankful for your love, determination and true patriotism towards our country. We owe a deep debt of gratitude to you for keeping us safe. Because of you we sleep peacefully. Thank you for giving us all happy days with our loved ones”.

“Because of you we are getting married happily. We are extremely delighted to invite you to our special day. We wish your presence and blessings. Thank you for protecting us”, the letter added.

Meanwhile, the Indian Army has shared the picture of it and conveying best wishes to the couple, on Twitter and Instagram, ADG PI – India Army and indianarmy.adgpi , respectively

It wrote, “‘Best Wishes’ Indian Army conveys sincere thanks to Rahul & Karthika for the Wedding Invite and wished the couple a very Happy & Blissful Wedded Life”.

Meanwhile, the invitation has gone viral across social media platforms.

The post on Instagram has got over 1 lakh likes and comments with emojis.

Some of them commented “Best Wishes”, while some commented that they are “Proud” to be a Malayali.
