Vitla: 22-yr-old woman commits suicide by jumping into lake; leaves death note

Vitla: A 22-year-old woman ended her life by jumping into a lake at Vitla Katte on Monday, October 11.

The deceased have been identified as Nishmita, daughter of Babu Naik, a resident of Nethrakere in Vitlakasaba village.

Nishmita who works at a dental clinic went missing on October 10 evening. Her body was found in a nearby lake on October 11.

A death note and mobile were found at the spot. A case has been registered at the Vitla police station further investigations are underway.
