Vittal: Fugitive evading court for two decades apprehended

Vittal police in Kerala have successfully apprehended a long-standing fugitive who had managed to evade court proceedings for an astonishing 20-year period.

The accused, identified as Naushad alias Hamsad, aged 46, hailing from Kozhikode, Kerala, was wanted in connection with a theft case that dates back to the year 2003.

Acting upon determined efforts, the Vittal police managed to track down and apprehend the elusive Hamsad in the region of Perambara.

Following his arrest, the accused was promptly presented before the court to face the legal consequences of his alleged actions.
