Nine-year-old toy reviewer Ryan Kaji, who made ₹217 crore in a year from his channel, retained the title of world’s highest-paid YouTuber, according to Forbes. He also signed an undisclosed, but likely multimillion dollar, deal for his own TV series on Nickelodeon.
He is followed by newcomer MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) with ₹177 crore earnings and sports-entertainment group Dude Perfect at ₹169 crore.
Donaldson, 22, is known for stunts, including freezing himself in ice and giving away huge sums of money to strangers who compete in his challenges. He also makes money from selling merchandise and partnerships with brands such as Microsoft and Electronic Arts. Dude Perfect and his five friends play stunts with lightsabers, Nerf Guns and paintballs.
Rhett and Link were placed fourth (₹147 crore) and Markiplier was ranked fifth (₹144 crore).
