Fast tracking process for reservations in promotions to SC/ST employees: CM

Bengaluru: Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said that the he would be discussing the issue regarding the reservations in promotions to SC/ST employees in the upcoming Cabinet meeting. 

Addressing the media, Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwara said, “The matter will be heard in the SC on 14 August. But we cant wait till then. Hence, we will appeal to the court to allow the government to implement the new act. We will ensure that the government does not let the SC/ST employees,”
