Fazil murder case: One accused granted bail

Mangaluru: A court in the city has granted bail to an accused in the Fazil murder case.

Harshit (28), who is facing charges of providing shelter to the other murder accused in the case accused was granted bail by the third Additional District Sessions Court.

Police had arrested seven accused for the murder of Fazil at Surathkal that took place on the evening of July 28. Later, Harshit was arrested as the eighth accused on charges of sheltering the other accused.

All the accused were later remanded to judicial custody.
